Pine Hill Auctions
Return - Update bidder profile - Lost bidder number/password
If you lose your bidder number or password, click on Register To Bid then click on "Lost Bidder Number/Password" link at the top of the page. If you have registered for our previous Pine Hill Angus & Friends online auctions you may use that bid number and password.
Your Credit Card can not (and will not) have any charges placed on it. We ask for a Credit Card only as identification verification.(This ensures that each of our bidders is a valid bidder). This verification method has been implemented for the protection of each of our bidders. Each bidder knows that all bidders are valid (real people). Without this Credit Card verification, phantom bidders with false addresses can run up the bids. Credit Card verification cross-checks that the name goes with a real address and ensures that all bidders are valid. The Credit Card verification process is completely secure.
Please register well in advance to save time and confirm your bid number via e-mail.

MAXIMUM BIDDING is a feature you may use during the duration of the auction. This feature allows you to place a private maximum bid that only you will know and allow the computer to bid on your behalf when another bidder places a bid on the same lot you are seeking.
Bidders agree that when using the Maximum Bid feature, if you are the current high Bidder and you want to change your Maximum Bid, you will be required to place a new bid in the increment designated for that lot in order to raise your Maximum Bid, which may cause you to raise your last high bid by one bid increment. You, as a Bidder, understand and agree to how the Maximum Bid feature works if you choose to use it.
EXTENDED BIDDING is in effect for this auction. This means that the auction is not declared closed until there has been 10 minutes of inactivity on this sale. If there is any bidding (on any cattle) during the 10 minute inactivity period, the entire auction is extended until there is no bidding for ten minutes during the inactivity period. During the final ten minutes of the auction, the time remaining information appears under each lot! REMEMBER TO CLICK ON REFRESH TO UP-DATE TIME REMAINING!
Bid Retractions: There are no bid retractions. ALL BIDS ARE NON-CANCELLABLE ONCE SUBMITTED. Once a bid is made and confirmed, it cannot be retracted. When a bid is made you manifest your intent and ability to buy the lot at the bid price. A false or fraudulent bid may result in legal action.
